Reckless Records is a cultural institution in Chicago. I learned about the importance of Art Blakey’s epic performances at Birdland, have been surprised with random live performances of artists starting global tours, and picked up an arsenal of music that has been the soundtrack to every creative project I’ve ever worked on. It’s places like these that give life color and our community cultural value. To me, it’s priceless.
