Most watch brands send your watch off to a service center you'll never see. Ours comes back to HQ, where Nathan, our in-house watchmaker, takes care of it himself. He's certified by the Swiss American Watchmakers Training Alliance and has taught watchmaking for the Horological Society of New York. He knows these watches inside and out.

Here's how it works

1. Fill out the form below and tell us what's going on.
2. We'll email you with next steps and how to ship your watch to us.
3. Nathan takes a look and lets you know what it needs, and what it'll cost, before he does any work.
4. He gets it running right, tests it and sends it back so it's on your wrist again.
