The Humboldt GMT SAR

The limited edition Humboldt GMT SAR Edition is the result of an exciting collaboration between Oak & Oscar and the dedicated men and women of the St. Louis County Rescue Squad. This group of volunteers provides invaluable and sometimes lifesaving services to people visiting northern Minnesota’s Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) and the entire St. Louis County region. 

The Humboldt GMT SAR Edition is equipped for whatever the wilderness throws at you. The titanium case mitigates extreme temperatures and is light on the wrist. The ceramic compass bezel features a generous application of lume so you can find your way out of trouble in even the blackest of nights. The GMT complication allows you to simultaneously track two time zones. And the anti-shock and anti-magnetic technology protect your watch from impacts and harmful magnetic fields. This watch is built to withstand even the toughest conditions.

Powering the Humboldt GMT SAR is the Swiss-made Sellita SW330, a rugged and reliable movement that combines time-tested dependability and remarkable accuracy. A quick-set adjustment allows you to independently set the 24-hour hand to simultaneously track multiple time zones. With a power-reserve of 56 hours, quick-set date, 25 jewels, and our iconic 4-star rotor all tucked in securely behind a protective, solid caseback, we’re confident this movement will live up to the demands of the Humboldt GMT SAR Owner.

The Humboldt GMT SAR features our custom designed rubber strap with topographic ventilation channels and engineered comfort ridges. Outfitted with a titanium buckle and made from high quality rubber, these straps are built to withstand extreme conditions and stay comfortable on your wrist

A portion of the profits from the sale of this watch will be donated to the St. Louis County Rescue Squad. The watch is presented on an orange rubber strap and is a limited edition of 50 pieces.
