The Humboldt 12-HR: Our First Adventure Watch
When it was first released in 2018, the Humboldt 12-HR became arguably our sportiest watch to date (so sporty, in fact, that this watch adorned the wrists of the U.S. Men's National Curling Team!). A 12-hour bezel allows you to track a second time zone. The rugged case with 200m of water resistance allows you to take it as deep as you need to go.
This watch marked a couple of firsts for us, too. It was our first non-limited watch. After a slew of limited editions that sold out in minutes, we decided it was time to have a watch that people could pick up whenever they wanted. As Bilal Khan put it at the time, the Humboldt 12-HR "carries on the Oak & Oscar design DNA uncompromisingly, and I have a feeling that not seeing 'Sold Out' next to an Oak & Oscar watch will make a lot of people happy." Indeed, it did!
The launch of the Humboldt 12-HR also saw the introduction of our incredibly comfortable seven-link stainless steel bracelet that's now become a staple of our watches.
