Oak & Oscar Turns Ten!

It’s hard to believe, but Oak & Oscar has been around for a whole decade! And to celebrate, we’re pulling out all the stops. 

We’re often asked things like “Are you ever going to release the Jackson again?” “Any 42mm watches, à la the Burnham?” “The compressor-style GMT in that case is pretty sweet. Any plans to make another one?”

Well, we thought our ten-year anniversary would be a great time to dip back into the archive and offer an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get your hands on some of your favorite sold out limited editions! That’s right, throughout the year, you’ll have a chance to snag your favorite Oak & Oscar watches from the old days. As if that’s not cool enough, these watches will have some special details to commemorate our ten-year anniversary!

On the 18th of every month from now until the Owners weekend in November, we’ll announce a new drop of previously sold out limited editions. These watches will come from either new old stock, pieces we’ve acquired on the secondary market, or watches we’ve built here in our shop. Because of the scarcity of these watches (we’re talking two to five pieces for each drop), we want to make sure everyone has a fair shot at snagging their favorite Oak & Oscar. You’ll have one week from the date of the announcement to enter a lottery. That should give you plenty of time to get your name in the proverbial hat, but once sign-up has closed, that’s it! We’ll contact the lucky winners via email. The first drop is next Wednesday, June 18th!

Each of these watches tells a small part of the story of Oak & Oscar, and we’re super excited to make them available to you! These releases will culminate in something really special toward the end of the year. After all, anniversaries aren’t all about looking to the past; they’re just as much about what comes next!
