IN THE NEWS: City AM Discusses the Olmsted FEW Edition and the appeal of beverage-themed watches

In the most recent edition of British lifestyle magazine, City AM, Adam Hay-Nicholls writes about the surprising intersection between watches and beverages of all sorts. It turns out that there are quite a few watches that take their inspiration from mixologists and soda fountains. Whether it be an unofficial nickname like the “Pepsi” GMT or a more officially-branded affair, watchmakers and watch enthusiasts alike love their drinks!

Our limited collaboration with FEW Spirits that debuted in 2023 was featured among the more boozy entrants on the list. Of special note are the watch’s unique, deep salmon color palette and the “piece of actual oak bourbon barrel in the caseback.” Those in the know are aware that the caseback was fashioned from the very same barrel in which the bottled in bond bourbon that came with the was was aged!
