HSNY Returns to Chicago!

We're excited to once again welcome the Horological Society of New York to the Oak & Oscar HQ!

On February 22nd and 23rd, HSNY will teach you everything you always wanted to know about watchmaking but were afraid to ask. During the class, you'll learn the about basics of watchmaking, all the components that make your watch tick (including wig-wags and balance cocks), and you'll have the opportunity to disassemble and reassemble a movement yourself!

This year, we're also hosting a more advanced class, Horology 104. While Horology 101-103 takes you through movement mechanics, the gear train, and winding and setting mechanisms, Horology 104 will teach you the specifics of how the lever escapement functions. Please note: Horology 101 is a prerequisite for this class. So if you've taken the introductory class before, you'll have an opportunity to expand your knowledge this year!

Classes are being offered in both the mornings and afternoons. Reserve your spot now before they sell out!
