Powering the Humboldt GMT is the Swiss-made Sellita SW330, a rugged and reliable movement that combines time-tested dependability and remarkable accuracy. A quick-set adjustment allows you to independently set the 24-hour hand to simultaneously track multiple time zones. With a power reserve of 56 hours, quick-set date, 25 jewels and our iconic 4-star rotor all tucked in securely behind a protective solid caseback, we’re confident this movement will live up to the demands of the Humboldt GMT Owner. 

Our Horween leather straps are made by a true craftsman. From the hand-beveled edges with applied water-based dye to the hidden orange stitching on the floating keeper, our leather strap tapers from 20mm to 18mm at the buckle for a comfortable fit.

Our stainless steel bracelet sits comfortably on the wrist with a fully articulated link design that gradually tapers from the 20mm solid end links to the 16mm buckle. The bracelet has 7 removable links and a six position quick-adjust, locking clasp. Yup, that means no tools required to adjust the fit on the fly! The bracelet will fit wrists from 6.3 inches to 9.1 inches (160mm - 231mm).

Heirloom Quality Watch

My family pitched in and bought me this watch for my 50th birthday. They did ask which watch I would like for my 50th and after scouring many watch companies, I landed on Oak & Oscar and their Humboldt watch with the navy blue face. So it wasn't a total surprise to me when I received it on my birthday. However, what was a surprise was the handwritten note from Greg inside the case the watch came in. We had a video conference call about the Humboldt and he thoroughly answered all my questions. Afterwards, I told my family I felt comfortable going forward with the purchase. The Humboldt is beautiful! I was easily able to remove links and adjust the stainless steel band to my wrist (7.25" wrist circumference). The face size (~40mm) to my wrist is spot on in my opinion. It's easy to read, the bezel turns easily in either direction and I love the second hand's movement. Having worn it for almost a week now; I am a big fan! Thank you Oak and Oscar, and Greg in particular, for the awesome customer service and a beautiful watch. One day it will go to one of my sons.

After 1 month on the wrist I cant take it off. One of the best watches I have ever purchased. The design is over the top. With the sandwich dial and bi directional bezel it just an amazing piece of horology. Well worth the money spent. Looking forward to what they will come up with next!

Humboldt GMT - The king of GADA timepieces

Recently had a nasty breakup with a large Swiss brand due to constant service issues, and the Humboldt GMT has been a refreshing change on the wrist! The proportions are excellent, and the design is not only original but versatile enough to dress up for work and dress down with joggers and a hoodie on the weekends. The best part though was definitely working with Chase and team, asking questions and experiencing an exceptional customer service interaction. I can’t recommend the watches and team from O&A enough, and I’ll certainly be coming back for something new in the future!

I bought 2, so good!!!

I bought 2 of these off of a recommendation of one of the owner's friend's while in San Diego approximately 3 years ago... I couldn't be happier!!! I wanted to match my son.... he loves it, and we love the ability to change bands so easily... Also, It seems to keep time better than my well know $7-11k watch that now requires a wait list... If you want an amazing time piece, that will be an heirloom one day.... well what are you waiting for.... It can't be beat for the value, quality, style, versatility, etc.... Thanks Guys!!!! Also, I communicated with the owner directly 3 years ago via email... what more could you ask for!!!

My first "real" watch

After 6 months of admiring from afar, I took the plunge on the Navy Humboldt GMT. I could not be happier. This watch feels so good on the wrist, really the perfect size and weight for me. I'm so happy that I have joined the Oak & Oscar family!
