The Humboldt is a rugged, 40mm, Swiss-powered automatic watch with a 42-hour power reserve, 20 ATM (200 meters) of water resistance, and an external, rotating 12-hour bezel.

The engine powering the Humboldt is the legendary, Swiss-made, ETA 2892A2, a workhorse calibre with 21 jewels, a substantial 42-hour power reserve, and the iconic Oak & Oscar 4-star rotor design. Founded in 1856, ETA has over 150 years of experience crafting some of the most accurate and reliable movements in the world. 

We’re proud of our Horween leather straps and the craftsmanship that goes into them. From the hand-beveled edges with applied water-based dye to the hidden orange stitching on the floating keeper, our leather strap tapers from 20mm to 18mm at the buckle for a comfortable fit.

Our stainless steel bracelet sits comfortably on the wrist with a fully articulated link design that gradually tapers from the 20mm solid end links to the 16mm buckle.

The bracelet has 7 removable links and 5 micro-adjustments on the locking clasp. The bracelet will fit wrists from 6.2 inches to 9.1 inches (158mm - 231mm).

Great watch and experience

I was looking for a versatile, distinctive daily driver when I purchased the Humboldt 12-hr. Having worn the watch for about three weeks, I'm thrilled with my decision. Handling the Humboldt gives you a real sense of the quality and thoughtful design of the time piece. It sits great on my (7") wrist and is at home in the office or on the trail. I also need to thank Chase and his team for going above and beyond to ensure they could build this watch for me even as this model was being retired. They earned the sale and my appreciation.

Attention to detail

I had been admiring this watch since it’s introduction, which allowed me to pour over every detail. When I finally decided to pull the trigger and make the purchase I was not disappointed. The customer service is unmatched, and the watch’s build quality is definitely above par . Glad I was able to purchase before it was retired .

Love it

I'm been eyeing the Humbolt since its release - I'm very glad that I pulled the trigger and was able to pick it up before it was officially retired. Everything about the watch looks fantastic and feels great on my wrist. Probably one of the best parts of the experience was being able to pick it up at the HQ and talk with the guys for a bit. Even as a new owner, its clear that the community that has been built around the brand is really something special.

My Microbrand Grail

I love everything about this watch. First, its bold orange second hand perfectly contrasts with the watch's understated colorway to give it just the right amount of flair. Second, the sandwich dial is perfectly executed and punches well above its weight. Finally, the cohesive, minimalist design and stainless steel bezel really resonates with my love of all things mid-century modern.

I was a little bummed the steel bracelet was not available, but the leather strap looks great--even better than the steel bracelet, I've decided--and it fits me perfectly.

I'm glad I decided to pull the trigger on this while it was still available for purchase. The Humboldt 12-Hour will satisfy my watch jones for a long, long time.

Beyond my expectations!

I purchased the Humbolt right before they sold out after months of staring at it online/instagram. The entire experience around becoming an O&O owner is really something special. I received a hand written post card from the owner Chase as well as a plenty of extra goodies I wasn’t expecting.

I have owned plenty of watches, some more expensive than this piece, and none of them hold a candle to the quality of this piece. I can’t stop staring at it! I am more than pleased with this purchase and this will be a life long keeper for me that I hope to pass on to my son. Thanks again Chase for everything and this won’t be my last O&O purchase!
